  1. Can I use any picture to make a Personalised Calendar?
    As long as your pictures are high resolution and correct orientation – yes*. Try not to include blurry or small pictures. If you are using your mobile to browse them, try to zoom in to check, if their quality is good enough.
    Do not compress your pictures and if possible, use the original files.
    Photos orientation makes difference – depend on which calendar design you want to buy, landscape or portrait format is required. Landscape image is wider than it is taller while a portrait image is taller than it is wider. To make it simpler, landscape images are captured in a horizontal layout while portrait images are captured in a vertical layout.
    Allowed picture formats are: jpg, png, gif, tiff, psd, raw, bmp, heif, jpeg.

    If your pictures are in portrait format and the calendar you’ve bought has landscape oriented pictures, I’ll try to crop your photos a bit, trying not to loose too much of your picture and to fill as much of the space as possible same time.
  3. How to upload and modify my pictures?
    During checkout, just before the payment option, you can send and attach all your photos for your calendar.
  4. How to place an order?
    Using the website, go to the shop section. Click on the design of your choice and using the drop menu, pick up the calendar size and the paper type and click the button below Add to basket. From the top menu you can now access your basket, where you can to upload your files, apply a discount coupon or choose the postage type. Now you can click on Proceed to checkout button, fill the form and finish the payment process. In the same section you can tick the Create an account? box, which will allow you to have an easy access to your orders.

  5. How do I know that my pictures have been accepted?
    Up to 24 hours after the order have been placed, you will receive an email regarding the pictures you have uploaded. If any of them was rejected (because of the small resolution of bad quality) you will need to upload a different one for its place (via email photocalendaruk@gmail.com). If your photos are all fine, you will receive a proof for your approval.

  6. Can I add my special dates to the calendar?
    Sure you can! You can do it during the checkout. Please make sure that your dates are correct before you place an order.
    Some of the calendar designs are allow to add a small icon next to your birthday or anniversary – please inform us if you don’t want that icon to be added.

  7. How long does it take to process my order?
    Depend on how busy we are, from 24 to 36 hours, after your files have been accepted. You will be inform via email on progress on your order.

  8. Can I have a large single picture or the front page?
    Yes you can! You can upload the extra photo for your front page during the checkout. Keep in mind that for the landscape format calendars we need the landscape front page picture and for the portrait format calendars, the portrait oriented photo.
